A trained consultant will conduct a waste audit, evaluating what types and quantities of waste are being disposed of at the facility. The consultant will then meet with an office or hospital representative and review policies and procedures to include on-site waste segregation training and help implement any changes. Post-training follow-ups and spot checking will help further implement the new system, designed to streamline the facility’s waste volume and cut long-term costs associated with excess waste.
